AgilePM® Foundation & Practitioner is a globally recognised certification that combines the knowledge and practical skills needed to successfully deliver projects in agile environments. You’ll learn AgilePM principles, roles, governance, planning, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement at the Foundation level, then build on this by applying the framework to real world project scenarios, enabling you to balance agility with control, manage risks and priorities, and make effective project decisions in changing environments.
Learning Outcomes
