Learning Outcomes
After completing the PRINCE2 Agile® Project Management Foundation course, students will:
- Explain the principles of PRINCE2 and core Agile concepts, including frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, and how they are applied together in an Agile context.
- Understand how PRINCE2 and Agile complement each other to improve project delivery, including the benefits of combining both approaches.
- Apply PRINCE2 themes, processes, roles, and governance effectively within Agile projects, including tailoring PRINCE2 to suit Agile ways of working.
- Identify and apply Agile techniques and practices to strengthen project management and delivery outcomes.
- Be well prepared for the Foundation Exam
